Delete Data

Request the deletion of your personal data from the Alam Al Toyour (عالم الطيور) app (com.alamaltoyour), developed by Rasheed Albanaqi.

We store your account information (name, email, phone, profile picture), listing data (photos, descriptions, prices), and session data (authentication tokens).

Delete all data:

The fastest way is to delete your account from the app. Go to Settings, then Delete Account, enter your password, and confirm. Everything will be deleted immediately.

Delete specific data:

If you want to keep your account and delete specific data, send an email to support@alamaltoyour.com specifying what you want deleted.

Deletion from the app is immediate. Email requests may take up to 7 business days. Data in encrypted backups is fully removed within 30 days.
